Scope and data controller
This notice applies only to the LubaWorks company website and its project contact form. Dreamletter, Masalcı/Wispen and other LubaWorks products have separate privacy policies.
For this website and contact form, the data controller is LubaWorks. The contact address for privacy matters is hello@lubaworks.com.
Information we process
When you use the form, the following information is processed:
- Your name and email address
- The project type you select and the project description you provide
- The language of the form
- Your IP address and basic request information, used temporarily for security and rate limiting
Purpose and legal basis
Your contact and project information is processed to answer your request, assess project fit, prepare a proposal and take steps toward a possible agreement at your request. This processing relies on Article 5/2(c) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), covering steps directly related to establishing a contract.
Your IP address and basic request information are processed temporarily to secure the form and prevent spam or abuse, based on the legitimate-interest condition in Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK.
Collection and sharing
Information is collected electronically and automatically when you submit the form. Cloudflare infrastructure may be used for hosting, security and email delivery, and Google infrastructure may be used for the receiving mailbox.
Because these providers may use systems outside Türkiye, information may be processed abroad. It is not sold for marketing and is shared only as needed to operate the communication service or meet a legal obligation.
Retention
Form messages are not stored in a separate customer database; they are delivered to the LubaWorks email inbox. If an enquiry does not become a business relationship, the message and related correspondence are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. If a project relationship begins, relevant records may be kept for the period required by the agreement, legal obligations or a potential dispute.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may contact LubaWorks to:
- Learn whether and how your personal data is processed,
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate information to be corrected,
- Request deletion or destruction when the applicable conditions are met, including notice to recipients of relevant corrections or deletion,
- Object to an adverse result produced solely by automated processing and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

The LubaWorks website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
